Citadines Apart'hotel Barcelona Ramblas - Barcelona

The room was clean- some spots on the carpets and in need of general updating. The 'bed' was a couch and trundle bed, which was not particularly comfortable. The room wasn't cleaned during our stay which was ok, but we could have used clean towels, at least. However, given the price and location, I would still suggest this hotel.

This hotel is great. The location is very ideal to everything, including tourist attractions (not many), bars, clubs, great food, an outside food market with cheap prices, 1 min walking distance from a train station, 5 mintues walking to the new shopping mall along the water, etc. The room was larger than I expected, very well kept, kitchen was stocked with pots and pans, and no annoying housekeeping bothering you at 7 am. Before returning home, I realized my ipod was out of battery and the front desk let me charge my ipod on their computer. I just had a really great time here with my fiance and we both agree that we will definitely stay here again on our next visit. One negative thing..I think it's a little pricey but the location, service, and comfort made it worth it.

This hotel is located right on Las Ramblas making it a great location for getting anywhere around Barcelona and right in the heart of the night life. We only stayed 1 night pre cruise, in the room with the pull out bed/couch. I'm not sure I would want to be doing that every day, but for one or two nights it would not be a hassle to me. Bathroom was nice size, full tub/shower, older fixtures and tile, so not spotless clean. Did not use the kitchen, no coffee maker or coffee except in the cafe, but Starbucks was right across the street. Gothic area right behind hotel, great shops and restaurants. Staff was very nice, let us check into our room early, so we could get settled after the long flight over. Did not eat at the hotel, too many other great options around there. Our room was in the back of the hotel so there was no issue with noise. Actually the church/cathedral bells did chime and it was absolutely beautiful to here them all.

Enjoyed my stay ideal for a short break ..close to amenities and to places of interest

The hotels location is excellent. I visited with a friend last year and stayed in a room with views of La Rambla ut this year i was given a room a sofa bed which was a bit disappointing. I also thought that the 7 euro charge for clean towels was rather alot and i also expected the room to be clean at least once in my 5 night stay.

The location was excellent not only was it close to everything it was across the street from a grocery store. Since it had a full kitchen we were able to eat breakfast and lunch in the room which saved us a lot of money since the dollar is so low.

This hotel is perfectly situated for the Barcelona traveller. It's only a short walk from Place de Catalonya on the first quarter of La Ramblas. It's an Aparthotel which basically means it's got a kitchenette. The kitchen has everything you'll need to rustle up basic meals. There's a kettle, toaster, microwave/grill and 2 electric hobplates. The latter will only work if you switch on the timer (a safety precaution I assume). There's a little dishwasher (tablets provided). You'll also be given a sponge and two tea towels. All crockery and cutlery is provided, but be warned, the cups are tiny. Trust me, you too will resort to drinking from the jugs! Bathroom is equipped with towels, shower gel and shampoo, and also has a handy drying rack over the bath. There is no bed as such. It is a large sofa which you pull out and make into two separate single beds. They're really comfy. The staff cannot be faulted. I had Barcelona football tickets delivered to the hotel. The staff phoned the room and left a note for pick up. As for the location, it can't be beaten. You're directly opposite the supermarket (this is shut on Sundays and so is the market). This is my second trip to Barcelona and I would definitely stay here again. We had no trouble security-wise, however, just off La Ramblas side streets are quite a few dodgy looking pimps and prostitutes. There's nothing down those roads anyway, so avoid them during the evening in particular.

The hotel it self was excellent. The staff spoke english and was very helpful. They book a taxi for us to come at 3 am since we had a very early flight home. They had free internet and the location was great. Close to the metro and Las Rambas st was great to be by. I didn't even hear the st noise. My problem was that the bed was so uncomfortable that I couldn't sleep both nights I was there. I loved the hotel but I will not ever go back because the bottomline is if you cannot sleep it was not a good hotel

Its location is ideal for the Rambla and environs. However, the room/bed setup is extremely inconvenient. And as an "apartment" it is not regularly cleaned by the staff.

mode d'ébergement très souple et pratique, parfaitement bien situé(centre ville, marché et métro à proximité immédiate) et très confortable.

l'hôtel est très bien situé. magasin à proximité. apprécié le fait de ne pas être dérangé par le nettoyage journalier. on est vraiment chez nous.

Wenn man ein Zimmer an der Rückseite des Hotels hat ist es total ruhig kaum zu glauben an der Ramblas ausser vielleicht Fr u Sa Disco Ich empfehle das Hotel jederzeit weiter

De kamers zijn netjes maar zijn helaas wel allemaal voorzien van een één- of tweepersoons slaapbank,. Ohh, vandaar de naam studio. Badkamer is in redelijke staat. Lokatie is perfect aan de bovenkant van de Ramblas, 1 minuut verwijderd van Place de Catalunya. De kamer beschikt over een TV, CD-speler, electrische kookplaat, broodrooster, koelkast, diepvriezer en servies. Wellicht omdat de gemiddelde gast van dit hotel een lange verblijfsduur heeft. Groot nadeel is echter dat er maar één keer per week wordt schoongemaakt. Dit betekent dus ook dat de handdoeken niet verschoond worden. Na een aantal dagen heb je toch echt wel behoefte aan nieuwe handdoeken, de prijs van € 20,= die men hier voor vraagt is echter aan de dure kant (oké, kamer wordt ook gepoetst). I.v.m. het niet verschonen van de handdoeken is het hotel aan te bevelen als men maximaal 2 nachten verblijft. Daarna wordt het een ander verhaal. Goede prijs.

God belligenhed mit på Ramblaen, tæt på metro,Barcelona Bus Tour, indkøbsmulighed lige uden for hotellet.Spændende kvarterer på begge sider af Ramblaen med mange modebutikker og restuarenter. Til prisen er hotellet rigtig godt.Det var første gang vi prøvede Citadines koncept med en lejlighed men med hotel comfort det blev vi hutigt glade for

Situation centrale et studio très calme Acceuil très serviable avec une très bonne connaissance du francais.

Location is everything - BUT if you travel between season beware of the temperatures. The heating system was shut off at April 1 - but the room was freezing cold.

Ramblaen er en helt unik oplevelse. Det, at den ligger lige uden for hotellets dør, gør at man kan opleve den morgen, middag og aften med de ændringer, der sker i løbet af dagen. Man kan også tage den "i små bidder" (det kan godt blive "for meget" hvis man skal opleve den flere timer i træk.) Spisesteder, tapasbarer, shoppingmuligheder er tæt på i de snævre sidegader.

il s'agit d'un hotel vraiment bien situé, au centre historique et pleind vie de la ville. De plus il est tres calme et bien insonorisé. Nous avons été enchanté par l'accueil au petit dejeuner et par le fait que celui ci soir tres complet

Hôtel idéalement situé, très calme, propreté du sudio impeccable, personnel agréable et disponible, rien à redire..

Hotellet lå meget sentralt. Det var rent og pent og meget god service. Resepsjonsmedarbeiderene nakket godt engelsk.

Det er lækkert, at der findes stort køleskab, mikroovn samt 2 kogeplader og 4 personers service-ting incl. gryder m.m. samt fladskærm. Irriterende, at man ikke måtte være på terrasse på 2. sal (som kunne indrettes fint), når man ikke kunne få værelse ud til Ramblaen (hvad vi havde bedt om). Men vi kunne godt finde på at komme igen.

Veldig bra beliggenhet i forhold til Ramblaen og gamlebyen. Vi hadde et studio-rom der senga kun var en sovesofa med dårlig kvalitet.

Flott beliggenhet, midt i smørøyet !!

L'hôtel est situé à deux pas de la station de métro Cataluyna. La rue est très animée et très touristique. Restaurants plus typique dans le quartier près de la cathédrale (à 5 mn à pied) Chambre propre, grande. Lits gigognes. Salle de bain vaste avec baignoire. Kitchenette tout équipée (lave-vaisselle...) Français parlé à l'accueil.

Leider war es nicht möglich in diesem Hotel nur ein Zimmer zu buchen. Wir bekamen ein Appartement. Dies ist jedoch für mich absolut tabu, denn bei einem Städtetripp geniesst man die Leckereien im entsprechenden Land und kocht nicht selber. Die Better sind sehr schlecht, resp, die Matratzen durchhängend. Für ein Paar nicht sehr empfehlenswert, da die Better aneinander geschoben werden müssen und daher ein riesen Spalt in der Mitte entsteht. Bad und Wc sauber, ansonsten keinerlei Beanstandungen.

Sehr gute Lage. Trotz Zimmer zur Ramblas, konnte man gut schlafen. Leider ist die Reception nicht sehr ortskundig und hilfsbereit. Für Restaurants etc. sollte man sich im Internet oder bei Kollegen informieren.

Toppen läge på övre Ramblan med nära till allt. Trevlig smidig personal, rent och fräscht. möjlighet till att laga lättare frukost, lunch. Parkering billigt bredvid. Prisvärt.

I vårt rum fanns det ingen säng, enbart bäddsoffa, det är det enda minuset vi har, och att vi tyvärr var där samtidigt som de renoverade poolområdet på taket. Otur! Kan varmt rekomendera detta hotell till vem som helst!

Bodde der i 2 perioder under oppholdet i Spania. Ypperlig beliggenhet i forhold til den gamle delen av Barcelona. Hadde den Gotiske delen av byen rett bak hotellet. De siste 3 netter hadde vi rom mot La Ramble og det var interessant å se på folkelivet på La Ramble på kvelden, mens jeg var der avsluttet jeg boken "Havets Katedral" som omhandler Barcelona på 1300 tallet.

Veldig fornøyd med beliggenhet av hotellet som ligger veldig centralt. Hotellet er rent og pent og personalet er hyggelige. Vårt rom hadde en type reiseseng som var litt vanskelig å slå opp, og heller ikke veldig god å ligge på (eneste minus).

Hotel très bien placé, tout est à proximité (magasins, restaurants, transports, monuments...). Chambre spacieuse, agréable et propre, bien équipée. Le personnel parle français, un vrai bonheur!!! En bref, un hôtel à recommander : rapport qualitéé-prix correct.

c'est un hotel excellemment bien situé sur la rambla, proche de tout, et cependant au calme pour notre chambre en tout cas.on trouve tout dans la chambre sèche cheveux, micro ondes, table de cuisson, frigo,lave vaisselle bref tout y est pour faire de cette ce "studio" un bon repère pour ceux qui aime allié visite+marche+resto+ou repas dans la chambre grace notamment au marché de la boqueria situé à 200 m ou peu tout faire et revenir tant que l'on veut dans cette chambre en centre ville.c'est parfait.

le parking est un peu cher, mais la situation au coeur de barcelone est ideale pour les ballades. seul bemol, les lits jumeaux acolles ces pas top pour un couple
