The Regent Esplanade Zagreb - Zagreb

This hotel was absolutely beautiful! Staff were polite and nice. It's in front of the train station which is convenient for us. The room was spacious. Use L'occitane for amenities and relaxing bathtub or powerful shower room.

This was our first stop in the 3rd week of a 3-week European road trip for the UK to Italy and back vian many other stops. This was by far one of the best hotels of the trip. A true 5-star righ in the center of town. The room was huge and beautifully decorated with pure class. The restaurant was ok, my meal was so so and my wife loved hers. The wine and service were impecable.

We stayed at the Regent Zagreb in July 2009 for our wedding night. The hotel is amazing, staff really friendly and attentive. The decor of the hotel is spectacular and everything about the place exudes quality. I highly recommend this hotel, it is easily the best i have stayed in in Zagreb and would love to stay there again.

The information and service given by this hotel would be expected to be at least above average. Instead, misinfomration about the cost of parking and food was part of our introduction. No information is given about services at the desk. While this was a lovely facitlity, it is clearly not customer honest.

This hotel is fabulous! The staff are extremely helpful and very charming. One particular concierge was fantastic although I can't remember his name! They run a city tour on Segways from the hotel which is the best fun we've had in a while hehe - try it you'll love it! The rooms are extremely comfortable and even the smaller ones are bigger than average! All in all - FANTASTIC!

Très bel hôtel situé près de la gare. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres. Le personnel est très aimable. Magnifique terrasse pour prendre le petit déjeuner.

Pour une visite de Zagreb, le Regent Esplanade Zagreb est l'hotel ideal. Central, il permet de rejoindre la quasi totalite des endroits touristiques de la ville pied. La chambre etait confortable et si l'atmosphere du restaurant est un peu froide, la cuisine est excellente et le personnel dans l'ensemble attentif.

Même si la ville de Zagreb n'a pas les attraits de la côte croate, elle propose un hôtel d'une classe exceptionnelle. Construit en 1925 comme étape du mythique Orient Express, le Regent Esplanade dépasse la promesse de ses cinq étoiles. S'il fallait lui en donner une sixième, je n'hésiterais pas: service, resto, déco, sourire, tout est parfait ! A recommander.
