The Valet price is really expensive ay $25, and the resort fee is really weird since that could just be included in the hotel price so people don't get surprised at check-in.

I travel almost every week of the year. The Nash Hotel was nowhere near a 4 star hotel. The common areas of the hotel were not clean. The internet responded like an old dial up connection. The room furniture was worn. The walls are very thin so one hears everything (I was woken up several times throughout the nights of my stay). Need your rent-a-car, expect to wait 30+ minutes. The best part of the hotel were the hotel staff; very friendly.

It is billed as a 4 star, but it would need to adjust a few small details to really get the rating it would like. It is a SouthBeach hotel, so why would they close their pool everyday at 6pm? Makes no sense. Their gym is dingy and dusty. If we all accept that every 4 star hotel must have a gym, then why would it not be cleaned and/or maintained when that is part of the hotel's draw? What would it take to leave the pool open to 10pm and to clean/polish the exercise room (a very tiny room indeed)? It is so small, it would only take 10 mins. a day to do so. All else is SouthBeach good and positive.

Stayed for one night and loved it! It was right on Collins Avenue next to all the great night spots. Everything was walking distance. Walk to go eat or the beach its all right there. The price for the location was great!!! Would def. stay there again!!!! The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was also great and very helpful!!!

While not my idea of a 4 star hotel, it was an intimate hotel with a very friendly and accomodating staff. We were able to upgrade to a first floor suite in the back of the hotel. We heard plenty of noise including the trash pickup at 6am and air conditioning or fans running in the basement which I believe was the restaurant's kitchen. 3 small identical pools side by side were very attractive but not appropriate for typical pool use. The hotel charged a $10 per day resort fee for the pool/gym/beach towels. Only 4 chaise lounges were available poolside. Overall, it was a great deal for the price we paid and I would return.

The hotel states they have a fitness room. The majority of the equipment was nonfunctional, and the staff was not able aid in its use. This is a false claim.

The Hotel was very clean, very nice, but OH my goodness, the standard room is EXTREMELY SMALL. I realy felt comfortable, but I was bumping into my roomate. Very clean but very small.

Overall this was a nice place for the money. We were here one night before leaving for a cruise. We didn't expect to be in the room that much, so the fact that it was small was no big deal. The bathroom was nice, with a huge shower. The front desk was helpful. We had breakfast at the restaurant (front porch) of the Nash and it was very good and reasonably priced. We could walk to the beach and all over South Beach easily. The only thing that bothered us was that the walls are really thin and you can hear people talking in the halls, but it got quiet by 11:00pm. We'd stay here again for a night or two.

I love to stay at Hotel Nash. It is ideally located in South Miami Beach. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. If ever we had a question, they gave us a lot of suggestions and ideas to make our stay in Miami fun. The amenities in the room were nice, although a suggestion would be to add a dresser. The only downside is that during check-in, I was told that to use the pool, you need to pay a "Spa fee", which shouldn't be necessary. And, the beach is only a few small blocks away.

Hotel Nash is a best kept secret on Collins in South Beach. 4 stars is a bit pushing the rating system. But, Hotel Nash is an honest 3 star plus hotel. The Nash Grill is a very good restaurant. On a recent Saturday night, the bar offereda great 2 for 1 happy hour. The negative about Hotel Nash was the room is a bit dated and needed the carpet freshened up or changed. The noise from adjacent rooms and from the room upstairs was noticeable and a bit annoying.

Location was good, 4 star rating is pushing it. Small Rooms.

The hotel staff were friendly. It is a very small complex which lends to great customer service. The Nash Grill and Bar had excellent food and the Kim the Bartender was a joy.

The hotel was in a perfect location and had a nice enough bath! The pools close at 6:00 pm. What? We stayed in until 8:00 just out of spite. The Nash is a little run down, but I slept well, paid a fair price and it's a great location. THe parking was a huge issue, they didn't pick my car off Collins for over 2 hours...that made me nervous. One front desk woman was sweet as pie, the other was evil...customer service?

wonderful little hotel, great staff, perfect location if you love South Beach (which I didn't, but that wasn't the hotels fault!).

Be prepared to pay additional fees close to 50% of your total. We found this hotel to be dingy and the staff to be anything but friendly.

The staff was very responsive and helpful. They even upgraded my room after hearing about losing my purse for a few hours.

The Hotel looks nice and modern but those are the few positives about this Hotel. I stayed at this Hotel on Memorial Day weekend. It seemed that several of our neighboring rooms were housing large groups of people (i.e. more than the two or three that would normally stay in a room). So, at all hours of the morning, our entire floor sounded like a frat house. Memorial Day weekend is naturally crowded and rowdy, but I was under the impression that hotels (especially pricey/nice ones) have a strict policy about room occupancy. As other reviews have mentioned, the rooms are very small. They're clean and modern looking but I also felt like they were pretty pricey and that a bit of a larger room would have justified the price. Lastly, the Hotel charges an additional "resort" fee for staying there (which is charged at checkout). When I asked the desk clerk to explain the fee he informed me that it was for use of the Hotel's pool, gym and wi-fi. First of all, we were in Miami (hot and tropical usually mean there would be a pool at the hotel anyway). The fact that the hotel was charging for use of their pool was ridiculous. My travel companions and I enjoy working out and were intending to use the gym. However, it looked like it was falling apart. It had one treadmill, one weight machine and a shelf of dumbbells (only one person could really work out at a time). The treadmill looked incredibly old and buckled under the weight of a 160 pound man. After five minutes, we left. Paying the resort fee for this "amenity" was equally disturbing. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

I really was impressed with this hotel. The rooms are small but very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was very attentive and I loved the location of the hotel. I also liked the fact that the hotel was very tranquil and I loved the three pools and the overall atmosphere of this hotel. I will definitely go back.

The Standard hotel room at the Nash is extremely small, but if you are only in town for a short period of time it will due.

Having stayed at the Hotel Nash we would go back for a short visit. Hotel decor very good, art deco. Rooms were in good order and very clean, maid service was excellent. Staff could perhaps do with a course in customer care, but got there in the end!! Food and drink in hotel very expensive, but free breakfast (basic drinks, orange and muffins) OK to start the day but good eats all round this area, good value if you stop off Ocean Drive.

-The location was great, just one block off the busiest part of Ocean Drive. We knew it was an older building and were prepared for an adventure. Though there is virtually nothing left of the original Deco appearance. -Arriving and having to walk up steps (accompanied by a 90 year old parent) were not cool. -Had to pay $25 a day up front for parking (though we could get the car at any time with half hour notice). -When we arrived in our room, two maids were camped out watching TV. -We only saw three rooms, and all varied as to layout and furniture. -The bathroom was quite modern and well appointed, but the room itself was not that comfortable. -Lights, a/c, windows were not very accomodating. The AC went out in my father's room in the evening, so my husband and I had to switch rooms with him. Having a 90 year old man in a 90 degree room does not equal a good outcome. -There was no dresser for storage, but there was a canvas hangie thing in the closet. -And beware the sugar ants all over every surface. Though small, they are annoying.

The hotel location was excellent. My husband had a little trouble seeing it. It blends into the other buildings along Collins. The hotel staff was not the most friendly, smiley, or accomodating but we didn't expect much. The rooms were fine, the were clean and the bathrooms looked newly renovated.

The Hotel was a at great location near restaurants, beach and clubs. Perfect little hotel. A bit pricey compared to other newer and bigger hotels in the area but overall a nice experience.

Hotellet var slidt og der var meget larm fra en kompressor i hotellets kælder.

La moquette de la chambre avait plein de taches de mercurochrome. L'hotel est correct mais pas pas forcement super entrenu. Ils facturent 10$ en plus d'office pour l'utilisation du resort qui comprend l'utilisation du wifi qui marchote de temps en temps

Hotellet höll för våra förväntningar. Det var hyfsat billigt, bra läge och fräscha rum. Inget lyxhotell men det var prisvärt och vi tycker att det höll bra standard. Plus i kanten med gratis internet i lobbyn.

Preis - Leistung ist ok für die Gegend. Das Hotel liegt sehr gut, es ist ruhig, sauber, etwas kleine Zimmer, tägl. Reinigungsservice war tadellos, das Personal am Empfang und an der Bar ist jung, faul und strahlt keine besondere Freundlichkeit aus, aber unfreundlich waren sie auch nicht. Alles in allem hat alles gepasst, sofern man eine reine Unterkunft sucht ist das Hotel empfehlenswert.
