Opis

Location. The Clarion Congress Hotel Prague is located in Prague, Czech Republic, five kilometres from the city centre and its famous attractions including Charles Bridge and the Old Town Square; the hotel offers direct access to the Vysocanska metro station.
Hotel Features. This modern congress hotel is part of a leisure and entertainment complex comprising a shopping mall and food court. The public areas of the property are characterised by their sleek contemporary design, colourful furnishings, and striking lighting features. Amenities include a wellness centre with swimming pool, sauna, and gym; spa and beauty treatments are also offered.

The Clarion Congress Hotel Prague has three restaurants offering dishes ranging from Czech specialities to modern French cuisine. One restaurant is housed in the adjacent medieval fort and offers traditional medieval dishes. A complimentary breakfast is available each morning.

The hotel has 4,000 square metres of congress facilities, comprising 18 meeting rooms accommodating up to 2,500 people; complimentary wireless Internet is available in public areas.

Guestrooms. The 560 air-conditioned guestrooms have modern decor in natural shades of stone and cream with contemporary light-wood furnishings. All rooms offer high-speed Internet connections, satellite television with pay movies, and coffee machines.

Expert Tip. The Jewish quarter of Prague, Josefov, is one of the city's most interesting areas. Visitors can purchase an all-inclusive ticket offering entry to the synagogues, the Jewish Cemetery and the Jewish Museum. It is also possible to find guides offering walking tours of the whole area.

From Prague Ruzyne Airport (PRG):
Distance to Clarion Congress Hotel Prague is 20 kilometres, approximately 30 minutes' drive.

Getting there. Registered taxis wait outside the Arrivals hall and cost about 750 CZK-900 CZK (25 EUR) to the hotel. Minibuses depart from outside the Arrivals hall and run to Namesti Republiky Square in the city centre. The single fare is 90 CZK per person. Bus numbers 119 and 254 run to Dejvicka, the airport's closest metro station. The journey takes about 20-30 minutes, and single tickets cost 20 CZK (1 EUR). The hotel is built above the Vysocanska metro station on the B line. Alternatively, the hotel offers an airport shuttle service (surcharge applies). Prices are all subject to change.

Getting around. Prague's historic centre is compact and easy to explore on foot, as many roads are pedestrianised. There is an efficient and inexpensive public transport system, including trams, buses, metro, and a funicular railway. Tickets are available from tobacconists, stations, and many hotel reception desks, and can be used on all modes of transport. Five of the major metro stations have information offices, with schedules, maps, and directions.

Driving directions. From the airport, follow the directions to Centrum (the centre of Prague) and then follow signs to Karlin and Vysocany. The Clarion Congress Hotel Prague is located on the junction of Freyova and Sokolovska Street.
